Hello!
My name is Dana, welcome to my practice. I'm so glad you are here. Many folks find their way to my services during times of change, transition, conflict and confusion. My passion is supporting individuals and groups to gain clarity and find a way through difficult moments in life. Whether it be one-on-one counselling, conflict coaching, mediation, or facilitated dialogue that you are needing, I'll have your back through life's difficult conversations and moments. You don't have to do this alone.
My Story
After many years of helping individuals work through their conflictual relationships with food and their body, I decided to dive deeper and expand my work with conflict and counselling. I returned to school to pursue a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, and am now a Master of Social Work Candidate at Wilfid Laurier University.
I utilize a variety of modalities in my practice to holistically support my clients: Motivational Interviewing, ACT, Narrative Therapy, peacemaking circles, facilitated dialogue, mediation, and conflict and communication coaching. I mainly support individuals who are: grieving, struggling with food and their body, working through difficult relationships, and learning to address conflict and disputes in more effective ways.
I would love to hear your concerns and explore working together. I can be reached via phone or my online form to set-up a 15 minute introduction.
