Individual Psychotherapy
(50-Minutes, $175)

Offers a confidential space to explore patterns, process experiences, and develop practical tools for change. Together, we work to understand what is happening beneath the surface while building healthier ways to respond, communicate, and relate.

We believe deeply that therapy is a collaborative process, one that honours all of you (body, mind, spirit) and your pace, your story, and your capacity for growth. It is not something that is done to or for you, but with you.

Sustainable change does not come from control, pressure or judgment. It begins with the willingness to meet yourself honestly, with curiosity and care. Our approach is grounded in the belief that lasting transformation happens when you feel safe enough to explore your inner world without criticism, and are supported compassionately to try something new.

Rather than focusing on what is “wrong,” we gently explore what is present, through a non-judgemental approach. Meeting yourself where you are, is how you create the conditions for meaningful shifts in your life.

Mindful awareness is a skill that becomes the container for your ability to recognize your internal and external patterns. Understanding not just what is happening, but why, is what creates new choices/options around behaviours, emotional responses, habits, and beliefs.

Awareness alone, however, is not enough. Our work is also practical and action-oriented. You will receive tangible tools, strategies, and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals, so you can begin to notice real shifts in your day-to-day life.

Through all of this, a whole-person, somatic, Polyvagal-informed lens, becomes our foundation. Healing is relational. It involves the mind and the body, and is deeply shaped by the state of your nervous system (survival and safety system). How your nervous system responds to safety and threat involves thoughts, emotions, and a felt sense experience in the body that is unique to you. Working somatically allows us to connect with the stress in the body through attention, movement, and expression (words, art, etc.) so that they may transform. This is what is known as a “bottom-up” approach.
